Commercial terms — Safar Drivers

Safar Drivers provides commercial recruitment services to businesses. Fees (retainers, success fees, or project charges) are agreed in writing before work begins. The summary below is for general guidance; your executed agreement prevails.

1. Invoicing

Invoices are raised as per the signed proposal or master services agreement—typically against milestones such as engagement start, shortlist delivery, or successful candidate join, depending on the model selected.

2. Success-fee refunds

Where a success fee applies, any refund or credit for a candidate who does not complete an agreed probation period, or similar conditions, is defined in your contract. If not specified, please contact your account contact within the notice window stated in your agreement.

3. Retainers & project fees

Retainers cover active sourcing and account management for the agreed period. Early termination or scope changes may be addressed in your contract; otherwise, fees already earned for completed work are generally non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

If you need to pause or cancel a search, notify us in writing. Any work completed or costs incurred up to that point may be billed as per the agreement.

5. Disputes

We aim to resolve billing questions quickly. Raise concerns with your account manager; escalation paths are set out in your contract.
